First rule of the C-word.

How to talk about the C word without saying the C word. That is the question.

Now I am in no way a doctor, which may be to my advantage right now. I am in no way giving anyone medical advice. I do know that I am more likely to trust people I know who are healthy and heal their bodies naturally than I would trust advice of someone pushing prescriptions or who takes a million prescriptions. So makes your own choices for your own health.

With that being said, here’s what I know.

Back story:

November 2019-I went down. I do not normally get sick other than I used to get sinus infections every Fall. That was before I learned what I know now to prevent them, but some of the info will be in this later. I was only down for 2 days though. Body aches, minor body chills, and once when walking from the couch to the kitchen did I notice not being able to taste. I remember thinking “bummer I won’t be able to taste anything for Thanksgiving if this doesn’t clear up”, but that was literally the only time I noticed not being able to taste. With our busy schedules I knew I did not have time for being sick forever so I pumped myself full of all kinds of homeopathic stuff, and after two days it was back to normal.

A week or so later-my 15 year old son went down. The school actually called me to say he had a fever of 102. This kid never gets sick! Seasonal allergies get him, but I could not tell you the last time he had a fever so 102 was a big deal. I pick him up from school and he sits down in my truck, closes his eyes, and is crying. I asked him what was going on, what was he feeling. Through tears he told me “mom my head hurts so bad and I just couldn’t take it anymore”. I took him home and started pumping him full of everything I had taken but he was farther into it than when I caught myself started to fall ill. He was on the couch for over a week. After 4 days and the fever going away but then came back, we took him in to urgent care. They guessed it was maybe a sinus infection, gave us some antibiotics, and eventually he recovered. He lost his appetite too and after a week or so not eating much and laying on the couch, he definitely lost some weight.

There are two other members of my household too. The red heads did not catch whatever we had. Totally wish I was a redhead for this one! lol

Now maybe you are a skeptic. Honestly I hope you are! Don’t just take information ever with out questioning it! Clearly that is an issue everywhere. I have always and will always say to look up your own information and find articles that are pro and con for what ever you are trying to learn about, because the real info/truth falls somewhere in the middle. I am just telling you my experience. Take it or leave it.

So the c-word has been know to be in existence since September of 2019. Again, look around. It could have been around before that honestly I don’t think we will ever know the truth on that. October of 2019 I was in Boston. From California to Boston, on packed flights, in the beginning of cold and flu season. People from all over the world traveling through airports and the city. November 2019 my house had some funk. I am no rocket scientist, but I can put 2 and 2 together.

May 2021- This puts us about 18 months past the funk. Which there are studies saying that’s how long immunity may last. Again, go look it up. So 18 months later, my son and I both had a random scratchy throat for a day. Just one day and nothing else. Now sometimes I wake up with a scratchy throat if I slept with my mouth open. My son was having seasonal allergy issues because of it being spring. I put him and I on all the remedies again, which we also were just taking for health reasons, but now back to full dose. He went to volleyball practice and came home like everything was normal. Now I am the mom who won’t let my kids go anywhere when they have a fever or throw up or any of that. I actually have always followed the rule of not sending them back to school until the were 24 hours symptom free. From my experience in the school system and elsewhere at family functions, I am one of the few that actually follow this rule. Scratchy throat from allergies is a normal thing around here. Well, the only time anyone in my house has taken the spit test was my son that day to be able to get clearance for the upcoming tournament. Let’s just say we didn’t make it. So round two was a scratchy throat for one day that never turned in to anything else. For me or for him. Natural immunity for the win.

And once again, the redheads had nothing!

Now I could go on and on with stories but you probably have some of your own. So the real reason for all of this is to give you insight on the remedies I have spend countless hours researching so that you can get your immune system functioning its best and know what options there are for fighting illness. THE STUFF

Nose spray, mouth rinse

First line of defense is to keep airborne particles from sticking in your airways so nasal rinse daily and then mouthwash too to kill stuff before it can grow. From the research out there it is said that rinsing the nose pushes things down to the stomach where stomach acids then kill it. (Clearly I am speaking in generic terms to not get flagged.) Search that up and you will find the info if it hasn’t been censored yet. Ion Biome Nasal Spray is purified water and humic acid, and my go to choice.

Colloidal Silver

So many great brands for this one and so many ways to use it. I drink it in liquid form. Colloidal Silver has a variety of uses due to its antibiotic properties. Studies show it can help combat fungus in the body, is helpful at killing disease and v’s (you know the code word), improves the immune system’s ability to fight against v’s, can help sooth burns and repair skin and tissue damage. If you go straight online to google it the first few items in the search are all negative reviews. Use Duckduckgo as your search engine. Google is censoring all kinds of stuff right now, including ways to help with natural immunity.

*Probiotics

Good bacteria! Yes your body is full of good and bad bacteria and the good should out number the bad. The bacteria in our gut and elsewhere in the body outnumber our own cells 10-1. These bacteria make up our microbiome and, our microbiome is a crucial factor in our immune system. According to Dr. Josh Axe, the 7 top killers of our good bacteria are: prescription drugs, excessive sugar intake, drinking tap water full of chlorine and flouride, GMO foods, eating too many whole grains, emotional stress, and exposure to toxins and pesticides.

Daily we are exposed to things killing our good bacteria. The good news is that you can replenish them! They are vital for a healthy immune system. 80% of your immune system is in your gut so having your gut in optimal condition is necessary for fighting off disease.

*Sleep

“Yes, lack of sleep can affect your immune system. Studies show that people who don't get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus, such as a common cold virus. Lack of sleep can also affect how fast you recover if you do get sick.” Sleep Info

7-9 hours of sleep, depending on what source you find, but that is how much sleep the average adult should be getting. Children, teens, and elderly populations have different amounts so go search those out if that is who you are getting this info for. You notice how much people sleep when they are really sick? It is no coincidence because your body does it’s magic healing then.

If you have a hard time getting quality sleep there are numerous things to try.

-make sure the room is dark, or use a sleep mask

-go to bed and get up and the same times

-have a cool temperature set, overheating will disrupt sleep

-avoid caffeine late in the day, as well as excessive alcohol before bed

When all else fails to help, sleep spray or magnesium are my go to deep sleep helpers.

*Elderberry

Talk about a power fruit! Elderberries are high in vitamins A, B, C, and potassium. They enhance the immune function by boosting the production of cytokines. They have anti-viral and anti-inflammatory benefits and can be used to help treat colds and the flu. (Which I think still exists, lol).

Combine that with the power of blueberry, pomegranate, acai, alma, vitamin C, Zinc and selenium, and now we are talking! My favorite healthy shot contains that mix but any form of elderberry is fantastic.

Magnesium

There is so much information on Magnesium that I could talk for days on it! The overview is that we are deficient in magnesium to due to low levels in soil from modern farming stripping it from the soil. We are increasingly stressed out and stress causes increase in our cortisol and the production of cortisol uses high levels of magnesium. We eat more sugar than ever and 1 molecule of sugar needs 54 molecules of magnesium to process. Things like birth control, antibiotics, cortisone, predinsone, blood pressure meds, caffeine and flouride all deplete out levels of magnesium as well.

In Conclusion

Remember friends, I am not giving medical advice. Some natural remedies can mess with prescription drugs so make sure to look up negative effects of anything natural as well. For reals positive test Rona November 2022. Yes for reals it got me. Ha!

Yes, I did all of the things above plus a few other and I made it out just fine and now have real natural immunity. Yes that is still a concept in this world.

The other things I highly recommend are getting your hands on Ivermectin NOW! Like right now. You do not want to try and find it later when it is too late. Plus it is known to also be a preventative treatment to stop things before they even start.

Cheapest way to get it without having to talk to a doctor is through www.alldaychemist.com. meds They will ask for payment through a bank account but it is legit and I have ordered multiple times from this site. You can also get hydroxychloroquine from that site too. It also takes 2-4 weeks to get to you so that is why you should just go order it now so you have it on hand.
