You don't eat meat???
Why does everyone lose their minds if someone doesn’t eat meat?
Lets get real here. Like really real.
I grew up eating mac n cheese, pop tarts, sugary cereal, drank soda, ate bologna (which really isn’t meat is it?), and no one said a thing to me. Like hey that’s not really food maybe you shouldn’t eat that crap.
NO ONE SAID A THING!
I had horrible acne as a teen, and horrible periods, not to mention heartburn and a ton of cavities. Yet no one said a thing.
As an adult I hardly eat meat at all and would be fine to never eat it again. Also I’ve removed dairy out of my life and have cut way back on sugar.
Growing up being relatively thin no one cared what I ate because who cares, she will burn it all off.
Such BS! It was literally making me sick. No at the moment but future me was a health mess.
It does not matter what your size is if the quality of your food is straight crap.
I have now spent years balancing out my health to get me to the place I am now.
I am not perfect now but I can tell you this is honestly the best I have ever felt in my life.
Now that I avoid all the sugar, dairy, meat, and processed junk I now have people caring.
Not in a good way.
The comments now aren’t “Good for you for being healthy”, its more like “Why aren’t you eating meat?”
Now that I took the junk out I get the comments????
Seriously makes no sense.
I don’t comment on how you are eating. Eat whatever you’d like.
If I am choosing only the foods that are healing my body then you should be happy for me.
I am happy for you for what you choose to do.
I do know from the hundreds of clients I have helped in their journey what does help, but it is not up to me to tell you with out you wanting help or advice.
So no, it does not make sense that no one commented when I ate nothing but junk but now they choose to make remarks about my healthy choices.
I want to feel my best and I wish nothing more than for everyone else to feel their best too.
Let us all choose to be happy with our own choices and cheer each other when we do make changes.
Chances are there was a struggle going on to even make a change in the first place.
Be happy and healthy and help others do the same.
Cheers to our health!

I also coach my clients on what their body needs and what works best for them. Let us all keep working on our health and finding our life balance that works best for each of us!
